HP Envy m6-k025dx laptop connects to wifi in only one room in the house. Should i get a new Wifi card?

Other devices, like phones, PC, watches connect in every room of the house, upstairs, downstairs etc with no issues.

is it safe to say my wifi card is crapping out? Any way to test this
