TS/SCI Confusion

Long story short, I was granted TS/SCI eligibility not too long ago. I disclosed everything I could in my T5 subject interview and got the eligibility a few months later. When I went in for SCI indoctrination, two items I’d already disclosed weren’t showing in the SSO’s system, and an incident report was sent up.

A few things for context:
**•**Eligibility is still intact after the incident report went up
**•**Both items were disclosed in my subject interview — the investigator said he’d pull the records directly from the source agency
**•**I’ve since provided my SSO supporting documentation on both

I need this clearance for a job I want to pursue down the line, so I’m trying to understand what the review looks like from here. Anyone been through this? Roughly how long do these take, and what typically happens when the item was already disclosed and adjudicated?
I know I’m leaving a lot out, but I appreciate any and all feedback.
