Lymph nodes and neck swelling

Hello, i'm 19F, 5'2 and about 240 pounds. I recently went to the doctor because my left side of my neck, down to my collarbone and on the back side of my neck below my hairline have all been swollen for about a month. I don't think they have grown or changed at all. I got an ultrasound done on just my left side of my neck yesterday and it showed 3 masses. Each of them were oval size. One was about 1cm, the 2nd was 0.6cm and the 3rd was 0.5cm. My doctor wasn't able to feel any of them when she was feeling my neck but could feel that my neck was definitely swollen and a little tight. My neck hurt pretty bad for a while after and during her touching my neck. I have only had a little fatigue and a little dizziness symptom wise. I have also have a stuffy nose every morning when I wake up and some IBS like digestive issues. My report from the ultrasound said likely benign lymph nodes but they couldn't find or see the fatty hilum within these masses. Before I noticed the swelling, I had started a vitamin c supplement once a day and 2 iron tablets twice a day to help my severe anemia, this was right after the canada wildfires (I live in lower Michigan). I have had 3 prior surgeries to remove cysts in my body, all unrelated to each other, with the most recent one being in March of this year. I have to wait for my doctor to call me about it so i'm just hoping I can get something answered to help my anxiety for the moment. Thank you.
