Pregabaline + Vyvanse

I hadn't taken any stimulants for a month, and I decided to break that streak with 300mg of pregabalin and just under 100mg of Vyvanse. Is this combo any good? So far, it doesn't feel any different from taking Vyvanse alone; I just have really blurry vision about an hour and a half in, my breathing and heart rate are fluctuating, and I'm shaking a lot. I hope I'll be okay—I barely slept or ate, and I got wasted last night.
