Blind Date Set up got Stagnant- Do I try to reach out, or wait?

I, 38 male, am about 2 years divorced and just getting back into trying dating, very weird. A long time friend is trying to hook me up on a date with a friend of hers, thinks we would be a good match.

She is similar age female. We connected via text, just a couple quick messages. "Hey so and so thinks we would be a good fit, would be great to meet up sometime! I am out of town for a week but will contact you when I get back!" Groovy I said, have a fun trip would love to meet up just let me know. She gets back, "Sorry work just started and is hectic (middle school teacher), I will reach out when things calm down and I am ready to meet up" - Sounds good I say, no rush no pressure, just let me know. A few back and forth messages, just that night, a little background about each other. Feels like it could be a good fit.

We friended each other on Instagram, but are not really messaging each other, as I thought it would be smart to wait to the meet up before just texting her all the time. Trying to not be pushy right? I think she is really cute and was really excited about the potential.

Do I reach out? Do I just wait? Do I try to text her something to show I am still interested? I do not want to seem creepy, or pushy, or annoyed like I am waiting for her.

I am really not upset, I am in no rush myself, I just don't want to lose the chance and get worried I am not doing something right! Advice and thoughts much appreciated.
