Minmatar Fleet Academy - New players that learn by undocking

“At L3ARN, win or lose, we profit from every grid we fight on.
Lossmail? Lesson learned.
Loot fairy smiled? Lesson confirmed.
Either way — you walk away smarter.”

🔥 Minmatar Fleet Academy [L3ARN]

Finished the tutorial and wondering what actually matters in EVE?
Tired of newbro corps that promise “PvP later” and deliver PowerPoint now?

Minmatar Fleet Academy is a Faction Warfare corporation built to put new pilots straight into the fire — with backup, guidance, and plenty of explosions.

We don’t do hour-long lectures.
We do hour-long fleets where you learn by fighting, dying, reshipping, and fighting again.

Faction Warfare is the proving ground: fast-paced combat where even day-one pilots can make an impact.

🧠 Philosophy — Learn by Undocking

Our approach is brutally simple:

Fleets first
Fleets are why people play EVE — skirmishes, brawls, chaos, and wins that matter.
People matter
EVE is an MMO. You learn faster by flying with others, laughing on comms, and sharing explosions.
Fun is mandatory
While others stay docked giving lectures, our classroom is the grid.

Our goal:
After ~6 months, you’re confident, dangerous, and ready to move on as a self-sufficient contributor anywhere in EVE.
Pilots who stay often help with administration.

📚 Curriculum — Become a Problem

We train pilots to be useful, lethal, and independent — with an entire community invested in your success.

Faction Warfare mastery
Learn EVE’s most active and rewarding PvP crucible inside and out.
Self-sufficiency
Solo PvP, small-gang combat, and making serious ISK — with a safety net when needed.
Force multipliers
You don’t need 100M SP to matter.
EWAR, boosh, logi — low-SP roles that turn you into a battlefield menace fast.

These fundamentals translate everywhere: lowsec, nullsec, and wormholes.
