Can we actually nerf or rework hakari ult?

Gamble my ass. Its guaranteed as long as you have someone in your domain. Theyre already immortal lets give them year long i-frames too. Also some of the highest damage in the game. Ult combo? Sure give him one that one shots. Just ult back? You cant even kill him and get murdurized the second he touches you. Lets not even talk about how one ult can take 3 stocks because they decided it lasts 10 years. Just run from it? The dude running at you from mach 10? Lets also not talk about how after the ult ends you get 50%, then 70%, then a hundred. So if you wanted you could just terrorize an entire server until you get bored.
