ISELIN, N.J., Aug. 27, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Outlook Therapeutics, Inc. (Nasdaq: OTLK), a biopharmaceutical company focused on the development and commercialization of LYTENAVA™ (bevacizumab-vikg, bevacizumab gamma) for the treatment of retinal diseases, today announced that Bob Jahr, Chief Executive Officer, recently participated in the Virtual Investor “Why Now” on-demand conference.

During the segment, Mr. Jahr highlighted why he believes Outlook Therapeutics is entering a transformative period following the FDA’s approval of LYTENAVA™ on July 24, 2026, making it the only FDA-approved ophthalmic formulation of bevacizumab for the treatment of wet AMD in the United States. He discussed Outlook’s transition from a development-stage to a commercial-stage company and the significant opportunity to bring an FDA-approved ophthalmic bevacizumab to an established market where bevacizumab is already widely used off label. Mr. Jahr also highlighted LYTENAVA’s differentiated development and regulatory pathway, Outlook Therapeutics’ commercial launch preparations in the U.S., its existing commercial presence in Europe, and the potential for LYTENAVA™ to redefine the standard of care by providing physicians with an FDA-approved ophthalmic bevacizumab specifically developed for retinal use. With regulatory risk now substantially behind the Company and commercial execution taking center stage, Mr. Jahr outlined why he believes this represents a pivotal moment in Outlook Therapeutics’ evolution.
