Fishing

I’m a recently returned player here and just had to ask is fishing 🎣 just as important from the other gathering class’s like miner/botanist? Can it be lucrative at all? I’m almost lvl 90 with the botanist class an my miner class is around lvl 56. I was thinking once I’m done with both miner an botanist I was going to try to work on the fishing class but not sure if fishing will be all that important in the long run. I know it’s a stupid question to ask but wanted to hear everyone’s opinion on the topic, should i go for it or hold off on it till later?
