Sugar/HoneyJar Layering for Reconciliation

My partner and I had a pretty bad disagreement about 6 weeks ago that caused a big riff. They said they’re “done” but when I ask if it’s for good it’s just radio silence and arguing about random other details from the relationship, then ghosting again, but an overall refusal to call it for good. I know I should have self respect and leave yeah yeah but I really care about this person and maybe I’m over my head thinking it’s a salvageable shutdown not a permanent thing.

3 weeks ago laid down a honey jar to help sweeten the grounds for us to communicate better so it’s not a permanent riff. I know those things take time, but is there anything work wise I should be adding to sweeten the deal or ground things for my intentions to come through clearer?
