Proof of utility expenses

Hi, my mom recently raised my rent and she wrote a long detailed letter to DCF saying it’s 1,000 including utilities

it says to upload a document for proof of utility but i have no clue how she handles that. it goes into effect sept 1st and then idk how she does it because i just give her cash.

But i do have my interview in a couple of hours so should i just wait and let them know then? Or should she re write the letter saying exactly how much the utilities are?

I’m just anxious because idk how all of this works, honestly!
