Inigo's crossing

Hello,

I'm looking to move to the Southern Rockville/North Bethesda area with my partner. Inigo's crossing looks great, but I heard some concerns from previous residents over maintenance issues/fire alarms constantly going off. Would someone who currently lives there/lived there within the last year shed some light on what's going on?
