When can i expect the cognitive part?

Question

Being a three year long hauler, three years since the initial infection, being completely recovered physically. Cognitive, a lot has changed, but I still have a very small buffer. I can’t handle, like, a long party or alcohol who get me off for another week. But when my baseline is high, and I really protect it, I’m able to have an okay life. But I want to be able to party, go to the club again, and just go for very hard trainings, let’s say. And don’t want to have setbacks because of it. I’m not ready yet for working full time. I can barely work one full day. Physically is not a problem, but cognitive is is very hard. It’s really hard for me to even read books. Sometimes I can play games like shooter games, and I’m actually doing pretty good. I’m sometimes better than the whole lobby, and I’m playing on, like, not moderate to good levels. But, like, one and a half hour later, I get to the max of my buffer, and I I can’t take it anymore. I’m very overstimulated. Um, when is this last part expected to, um, to follow the physical, um, um, the trajectory? So when… I’m very happy with the progress my body made, but my my mind is staying behind. The cognitives are staying behind, and these are holding me back from getting a normal life. like, how long more can I expect to be in this position? When did other people see their cognitives catch up.
