I'm so tensed. 18k rank. Will I be able to get BMSIT cse in R4??

Rvitm and BIT cse core look impossible. Should I start preferring spec branches? Is Bmsit, bit, and rvitm spec preferable over CMRIT cse?. Any other colleges I can consider. Please help
