does anyone else know how to make a weapon the can blow up an entire faction base no matter where it is on the map without using tnt duping

for context im on a political rp server and im the leader of my nation. i got warred for no reason even though ive never done anything wrong to anyone and ive only been on for abt 2 weeks. the declaration of war got called off but it still shows that im defenseless and i need a weapon of deterrence.
