does anyone have any advice?

I know this isn’t a big deal, I’ve been worried this past year that I won’t really have friends outside of school anymore. I do have good friends at school, but I also used to have a group of friends outside of school. I stopped being friends with them because they were treating me oddly, excluding me, and being emotionally immature. Looking back, the whole group was pretty dysfunctional and had a weird dynamic between everyone, not just me. I feel like I ended up being the scapegoat in a lot of situations.

I’m glad I’m not friends with them anymore, and I genuinely don’t care about losing people who weren’t good friends to me. That’s not what this is about. It’s more that I’ve always seen myself as someone who had a lot of friends outside of school, and now that I’m not friends with that group, my perception has completely shifted. It makes me feel awkward and almost like I was delusional.

I think what scares me is that I won’t come across anyone else and won’t have a nice group of friends outside of school again. way. “university”. “college” it doesn’t help that I don’t know what to do in the future either, I don’t even know if I want to go to university or college which I feel doesn’t help with my problem because I won’t have any exposure, I’m severley depressed and feel hopeless so I think this just adds more weight to everything.

I also notice that a lot of the people I’m friends with at school already have their own established cliques where they do things together , which makes me feel even more like I’m just on the outside of everything.

I know I’m probably overthinking it, but right now it genuinely makes me feel like I’ve become a ghost, and I’m not really sure how to stop feeling this.
