Kit change for Strange?

Ive been trying to use the Dr more and im actually doing pretty well with him. His kit is good but im just not getting the Portal though.

Im sure I could get better at placement or usage for it, but with the cool down it has, you might only get to use it once maybe two times if you're lucky.

I feel like a buff spell for the team might've been a better move. Something like his spell is the What If series, where he adds defensive perks to the squad.

Thoughts? Am I the only one? Like I said, I dont dislike the Portal, im just not great with it and feel like the cool down is too long. Maybe at least half the time?
