Help with Fatal Frame 5 Wii U translation mod

I'm trying to translate Fatal Frame: Maiden of Black Water into Portuguese for the Wii U. I managed to locate the text files, but I don't know how to re-insert the modified files into archive00. Does anyone know what tool or method is used to extract and repackage this archive?
