24-year-old male (175cm, 65kg), no past medical history except for some mild anxiety corrected with propranolol 10mg. 

I’m having a handful of issues so I’ll try to list them off in the hopes that they can all be connected to one identifiable issue.

1) Sinus-type headaches, right between the eyes, very painful, feels like my forehead is about to explode. 

2) Intermittent muscle twitches in various limbs, as I’m writing this my left bicep is jerking. Getting a lot of sore, tight, and stiff muscle groups in random parts of my body. If I lie down I can feel my quads pulsing and it’s horrible.

3) Difficulty sleeping, nausea but no vomiting, irregular bowel habits, random fast heart rate, occasional lump in throat sensation, and this morning I had a lot of scalp tenderness where it felt like the top of my head was burning.

Since this has been going for three months I have already seen a doctor and have had these results so far:  
\- Normal MSK and Neuro exams except for very brisk reflexes in all limbs  
\- Cervical spine MRI (due to brisk reflexes) that was completely normal   
\- CT head (after one particularly bad headache) that was completely normal   
\- B12/Folate/Vit D/FBC/CRP/ESR/RF/CCP/ANA - all normal 

Oh and I had this full body splotchy skin reaction last week that went away in a few hours but again I don’t know if that has anything to do with the rest of my problems (see picture above)

Would appreciate any advice or ideas on what’s going on with me!
