Have I hung the FW storyline?

!I have followed the storyline successfully, I think, to the point where I have defeated the Pug and connections to the rest of the galaxy have been restored, but I am not getting any more story prompts.!<

!I just delivered TMBR to Prime, but I think that is a side mission. Is there a final part to the Pug missions that I missed?!<
