Which CRM Has the Best Outlook Integration for Small Businesses?

I've been asked to clean up our customer records, and I've discovered that Outlook is basically our unofficial CRM.

Customer details are in Outlook contacts, conversations are buried in email threads, and follow-ups are sitting in people's calendars or, in some cases, nowhere at all.

I'm trying to introduce a proper CRM without forcing everyone to completely change the way they work.

The biggest requirement is a good Microsoft 365/Outlook integration. I need contacts to sync both ways, emails to be visible in the CRM, and ideally some way of reminding us when a customer needs to be contacted again.

I'm not interested in paying for a huge enterprise platform just to get basic Outlook integration.

If your business uses Outlook heavily, which CRM have you found that actually works well with it? I'd especially like to hear from people who've moved from an Outlook-heavy setup to a CRM and didn't regret it.
