Switching to Paycom Experiences [NJ]

Currently with ADP and the bulkiness of their system drives me crazy. I am tracking so much manually. I have been evaluating other companies and Paycom by far has exceeded my expectations. But we all know that sales is sales and will tell you anything.

My main questions are:

1. How was implementation?
2. How is the system working for you, as HR, the employees, and the managers?
3. How is the customer service once you are a part of their team?
