What is this man doing and why?

This guy keeps coming back? What’s he want?

I’m very in-experienced in dating and autistic. I also have aphasia (brain injury) a language disorder where I struggle texting (written language) so excuse how this is written.

I have this one guy and we went on 2 dates in 2023 and ever since then he keeps coming back into my life. In and out. We have alot in common and he also has a brain injury and we share that. Where it gets weird is he was never wanting a relationship because he was trying to figure out himself and I respected that so I would distance myself. However he always came back to me. Would even come appear at my workplace and never say hi to me, his not from my area. Even brought other girls with him. But then he would text me later like weeks after these. I had enough of him because I would then ask to hang out and he just kept making sex jokes. I asked him to hang once and he said ‘just say you want to have sex already’ I got upset and wrote him something the best I could saying it not doing that. He apologised for pushing. Then he came around my workplace 2 weeks later and bumped into my mum. He told her his gonna take me out when he has more free time because he knows I like him. Skip to now and it’s been a whole year silence, his appearing at my workplace again. Multiple times.And his bringing another girl at times. I’m so tired of him. Now I’m just paranoid his gonna just pop up. His not from my area…

Why is he acting like this, again my autism can’t understand? Do I just keep ignoring him?
