If you were young and single. Would you rather masturbate or go on dates and have sex with women?

Whats healthier, mentally and physically?

I found that dating without commitment can be problematic, and decrease future relationship success.

But masturbating itself isnt the best either, as it takes away the urge to go out and improve your social skills and pick up women..
