Where to go from here

I’m 24 and have been a dental assistant since 2022. Awful job. My goal was to get into dental hygiene and I just took pre health sciences and got all 90s. However, now that I’m able to get into hygiene I’m second guessing it. I have a bad back/neck and I’m concerned this job might not be for me. I’ve now started to look into programs such as clinical research, Health Informatics, or possibly dental insurance related jobs. It’s difficult because I don’t know what’s best to do for me and I feel overwhelmed. I want a job that pays good and has work life balance. Thoughts?
