When Jasmine and Kristen sat down and Hasmine was trying to express how she felt especially in relation to Lala being immediately believed and treated with kindness, empathy, and well basic listening skills.

All Kristen did is give her whip lash gaslighting. She spoke the entire time over Jasmine (not in an unintentional ADHD way, but a I’m controlling this conversation. She “validated” her with I understand, oh I’m so glad you came to me with this and then convinced Jasmine she’s fine and oh the best part “don’t worry we are all good”.

I was like naw you MOFO your not even placating her, you absolutely dismissing, in validating by not listening - hearing - or understand what she’s saying. Kristen you did not let her feel her feelings, express a complete thought and managed to make it her problem to agree that everything’s ok between the two of you!
