Gpu not detected in bios

Why does bios not detect the new amd gpu, but it does't have problems with the ssd?

Context: i installed windows for first time, and in that first installation i installed all windows updates and amd drivers . Teo days later, i reinstalled windows in the same disk, deleting all partitions, but from there, my pc cannot detect my gpu.

What should i do?
