Any recommendations kapag underage na college student tapos living in a toxic household?

Hindi ako makapag focus kasi puro sigaw nalang naririnig ko and no it was not because i was a bad child but rather than both of my parents are constantly fighting kaya sa mga bata nilalabas ng nanay ko galit niya.
