Accolades not showing up

Did anyone else complete the weekly siege and not have their accolades get added to their total, or is it just me? I think it's probably because during the weekly siege run, there was a glitch where everything was wiped out, showing the round was over but wouldn't progress. Then, a timer started, but it was still not progressing. While all that was happening, I found a dead Tyranid highlighted red, blasted it a few times, and it wouldn't go away. Then, while wandering, it just randomly went to the next round.
