Feeling Overwhelmed about am4 or am5

Hello, so I'm currently a 3rd year computer science student and I'm building my first pc. Initially I thought of am4 cause you know the prices of am5 these days. But after choosing the components and a lot of adjusting and research, the total reached to 100k. The table below is what I chose.

so for the psu and other peripherals, I decided to add them together to maximize the discount in Shopee

Here are my requirements (Yes, I use chatgpt for research purposes)

• 1080p gaming
• I mainly play Valorant, Marvel Rivals, Roblox, Minecraft (Mods), Apex, you get what I mean... Nothing like those popular games like Baldur's Gate or Elden Ring, etc...
• Unity/game development
• Programming/coding
• Multitasking with multiple applications open
• Discord + Spotify while gaming/working
• Schoolwork and general productivity
• Power efficient and quiet
• White aesthetics... (To commemorate my late grandfather, cause his favorite color is white and he likes diamonds(which is why I chose the G.skill trident z royal))

The main thing is, spending 100k and still being on am4 is diabolical. I chose 32gb cause I want it to be safe that my pc can handle multiple applications. If possible... can you guys recommend me an am5 build whilst being inside the 100k pesos budget, this including the peripherals. And I plan to buy a microphone and webcam for my girlfriend, cause we are ldr. Thank you for your comments
