Guest Reviews

New to hosting. Have had a few booking requests where the name referenced on reviews doesn’t match the booking name. Made up example, Adam requests to book and I click on him to see his reviews and one review says “Steve and his group were great” and another says “Bill was a great guest”. Is this a red flag or fairly normal? Do you ever ask the guest about it?
