New B10 keeps resetting

So have had my B10 and so far picking up all annoyances i need to know how to get around:

I switch off (Lane Departure Warning & Lane Keeping Assist) but when I get back in it’s come back on again?

Acceleration Mode - I set to sport but it then defaults to comfort when I get back in car?

Regenerative braking - same again, I set it to weak and then it resets to strong?

And steering mode - comfort is set to strong and goes back to comfort!

Any idea how to keep these settings??
