Simple changes, huge differences

Sometimes, making life a little easier starts with something as simple as a floor.

After replacing the carpet in their bedroom with vinyl flooring, one person we supported told us it had made the room safer, more practical and easier to move around in with a wheelchair.

"It’s much easier to move my wheelchair and trolley around the room and clean up any spillages."

They added that the change had made "a massive difference to us, and our quality of life."

It's a reminder that the everyday challenges of living with MND aren't always obvious, and that practical changes can have a real impact.
