I've seen so much content about how veganism is too extreme as a diet. Could you point me to resources that say otherwise?

Genuine Question (DO NOT DOWNVOTE)

Hello,

I guess it needs a bit of background. I am vegetarian, looking to become vegan but I've seen so many of those malnourished vegan posts that I am doubting if a vegan diet is sustainable. So I do want to go vegan but I don't want to ruin my health. I don't eat meat, fish or eggs but I am left with dairy. Though I replaced my morning porridge from cow milk to soy milk. I have only yogurt left in my diet and I felt more energized and lighter (mentally and physically) with this diet. I am also on a sugar free diet. I eat fruits but not added sugar. I don't see why being vegan wouldn't be healthy, but I needed some studies to confirm I am going the right way.

Thank you.
