Looking to partner with a FL commercial broker - IOS - Storage yards

Hello,

I'm the Founder of a self storage yard business model, and I'm looking to build a relationship with a commercial broker in Florida to help my students source and close locations, we have 4 active locations and are looking to scale.

Once we have 15 - 25 locations I would like to partner to open a Brokerage specializing in this asset class.

Must be a killer closer and hungry for growth, anyone soft or lazy do not PM me.
