Hi everyone! Due to a critical emergency, I will be unable to join and am looking for a student to take over my accommodation for the academic year.

Room: Private ensuite with a double bed, desk/chair, wardrobe, and storage. Shared kitchen/living area. No gender restriction.

Rent: €311/week, including all utilities bills.

Contract: Until 14 August 2027. Move-in as soon as possible.
