What are my chances of getting into the AirAsia cadet program with meh SPM results?

Trials results is A for English, A for English literature, A for mathematics, A- for physics, B+ for Bahasa Melayu, C for chemistry, C for sejarah, C for moral, C for add maths, G for bio. I feel like I have a meh chance since 87% fail at the interview stage and I'm pretty good at public speaking but I still have my doubts.
