Bluetooth Adapter problem

The Bluetooth device disappeared from my Device Manager, and only showed up after I turned on "Show hidden devices". Sometimes it suddenly appear again after I restart the laptop, but not for long. The device status of the Mediatek Adapter says: "Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45) To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer.", how could I solve this?
