Remote control of a C100 mkII

I had a C100 years ago. Just bought another one. I've forgotten mostly everything I knew about it. I'll be recording myself in front of the camera talking, so somehow I'm going to need to focus on myself. Is there a remote that has a button to start recording, as well as autofocus? I can hit Record manually, then walk in front, but I don't know if I'd be in focus at that point.

Are there any remotes, or maybe iPhone software or anything that can do these things?
