My pc won’t boot past bios (black screen)

Hello, I just built my first pc and I’ve had trouble getting windows 11. I’ve tried everything. Any tips would be much appreciated

Things to know:
My power button won’t turn off the pc(idk if that’s related)
I’m using a usb instead of a pre installed windows (it was made correctly using the windows tool)
And my bios is updated to the newest system

Specs:
Motherboard: Gigabyte Eagle B550 wifi6
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600
Gpu: ASrock Raedon RX 7600 Challenger
