Ross -future

I'm curious as to how long do you think Ross will be on for? Is he a regular? Now that Cassie is gone and Maureen Lipman won't return unless it's a substantial story for her, I wonder if Ross will really want to get to know Tyrone and his new family, even under Fiz's watchful eye. I think that he's going to settle in and slowly work his way with the other residents. I know that Ross has to deal with Richie in jail and he warns Tim about it.

I have read that Claire Sweeney enjoyed playing Cassie and perhaps after her run in Annie finishes, she may end up returning and maybe if Tyrone is still wary of her maybe her and Fiz can work to clear her name. However, for now it kind of looks as if Ross could be settling down for being a father to his new found son. I don't know what the plan actually is but this is just a theory.
