I want your opinions on two of my OC's

I have a lot of OC's and excessive lore, but as a simple groundwork, there are 3 multiverses so far. The first was destroyed by 05. The second by Datanull. And now the third.

In this third multiverse, I have these two characters (they're in the other multiverses but they have different personalities in each one) named Artsy and Vexer.

They formed a group called The Explorer's Guild, which quickly rose to global military dominance.

They invaded Paraiso, a city founded by Society and QotA (lovers :3!!).

The way The Explorer's Guild works is they pull a Ray Krok and give smaller nations little military franchises which will indebt them to The Explorer's Guild and effectively represent a good amount of their military power. Once these franchises are established, most governments will eventually move to phase them out, at which point TEG will use their central army and nearby franchises to finally invade them.

Artsy is a little more "noble" and likes wearing white. He fights with a rapier. He is very skilled in combat and rallying men. He is pretty much the face of TEG, as he gives off more positive energy than Vexer.

Vexer prefers hand-to-hand and gunfights, but mostly hand to hand due to his employment of fire magic which can be used to ignite his hand (with no damage to himself). Also has a sword, enjoys using it, not the primary weapon. Wears brass knuckles often. Very centered on militarism, not the most ethical. Very serious.

They are both incredibly tactical and intelligent, to the point that if one of them died, the other would be able to run TEG nearly as effectively, although primary goals might change. They are not gods or anything, and they are as mortal as anyone.

What do you guys think? Might not be the best place to post this? Im not sure.
