Bulk vs. Offshore for a Second Officer? (Career, Pay, Rotations)

I’m currently a Second Officer weighing my long-term career options and trying to decide between Bulk Carriers and the Offshore sector (OSVs, PSVs, AHTS, Drills).

For the navigating officers here, how do these two paths compare for a 2/O? Specifically workload, rotations, career & pay.
