Creatinine at 129 umol/L: should i panic?

Hey guys. F29. Recently had my labs done yesterday and my blood creatinine level shocked me the most, resulting in 129 umol/L (clinic said normal was within 44-79). Shocked bc when my kidney was already bad a few years ago, my creatinine level was always always normal. I used to do biannual checkups back then. Idk what happened now :( it’s only been a year

Things to note though, i am much much more stressed now. When my blood was tested i barely had water (for several days i think), and consistently had bad eating habits for almost a month (stress at work).

I’m trying to drink more water and eat healthy now though. Should i worry? Is this automatically ckd :(
