I am now 43 episodes into Kamen Rider Agito, some thoughts so far

I'm watching the episodes as they come out on Toei's channel and I am enjoying the series, really liking the characters with Shoichi aka Tetsuya being favorite with how good nature he is and his antics with Hikawa being really funny.

The action is really good, don't get me wrong I love the very over the top action scenes in tokusatsu but I like how in this series its somewhat more I guess grounded at times if that makes sense

But I do have issues with the show that maybe someone can help me understand without spoilers

Issue 1. Nobuyuki's mystery, it feels like they bring it up every once in a while then put on side burner for several episodes causing it to kinda stagnate. Its frustrating because I'm invested in the mystery and seeing it get treated like a side plot that gets brought up only few times just somewhat annoys me.

The whole Light and Darkness Entities. I've been calling the Darkness entity Tokusatsu Damian till name gets revealed but my main issue with the whole stuff is how confusing it is and not in a way that makes sense. episode 43 he finally gets more involved after the defeat of the Akatsuki Unknown. And its revealed he can take the power of Agito away from people. Which begs the question of why wait so long to get involved and why not take the power away instead of sending the unknown out to cause chaos. And why save Ryo if he didn't want there to be any Agito. Unless he just got this power but since its never shown it to me at least feels a bit clunky

Don't get me wrong, Im loving the show its just those two issues for me that I wanted to talk about, maybe hearing from people with more knowledge on Kamen Rider can help me understand it without spoilers
