Local jeweler willing to work with our loose stones?

Hi, all! My partner and I are looking to get an engagement ring and wedding bang made using some stones we already have. (My late grandfather was a jeweler, so we have some stones my mom inherited.)

Does anyone here around Rochester do this? Do you all have anyone to recommend? I have never shopped for a ring before and don’t know how common a situation like this is or what sort of place to go. It’s all kind of intimidating to me, so I’m coming to you all for some tips to get started!
