is there any way i can help my sister and build our connection again?

this is an account i use to post irl issue things, so i suppose its a throwaway one.

my [16] sister [14F] and i are incredibly different people, im more alternative, introverted and quietly independent. my sister is basically living her entire teenage life in the span of an entire year, going to beach parties, going out everyday and night, becoming friendly with various boys her age and slightly older, spending big amounts of my parent's money while having no job or proper way of earning her own money, vaping and getting drunk to the point of throwing up and surrounding herself with similar people, i wont go into the full details but i can if its needed.

me and my parents have been worried about her but im worried the most simply because im not that kind of teenager, i certainly matured very fast but ive never been that kind of tiktok and snapchat type of person who goes out constantly with connections all around this small island we're on, but i do wish i could spend time with my sister more. im in the UK, and i finished highschool recently and will be going to college in 2 weeks, ive had 3 months to grow from my previous school and i have been wanting to hang out with my sister, i have asked and suggested multiple things we could do that she could enjoy too but she's always just too busy. in my eyes the only reason she's busy is because she tends to be very superstitious and have some compulsibe tendencies, and she is desperate to spend every single day of her summer break outside with friends. i know that this sounds like i want her to prioritise time with me over time with her friends, and im so happy she's having the time of her life but my parents and i worry about how she's spending this time and we worry that when she goes back to school, she'll go through a severe amount of burnout and struggle.

anyways, she sometimes comes into my room just to say hey, and she did that about an hour ago. she was telling me about the chores she was doing around the house to earn money [she will refuse to do any work or chores to help my parents unless she gets something back, normally that payback is money] and she told me a specific amount she was trying to earn. this was a casual conversation, so i asked what she was going to buy. she told me she was saving about £10 to buy a vape, from a friend. i worried about this mostly because this is obviously illegal for someone her age to do. she has vaped before at festivals and parties, using friends' vapes, but im really worried about how often itll happen if she starts potentially having her own one.

[side note, im personally not a fan of smoking and vaping myself, i have never done any kind of drugs or anything of the sort. but im fine with anyone else doing it so long as they arent doing it right in my face]

i mentioned about if she would want to spend a day together next week just before we both start preparing for school and college, and she started talking about how she used to beg to hang out with me and i would always swear at her and call her a c*nt every single day. i have rarely used that word in strong moments of anger and stress, but what she said is absolutely not true. im not even sure when she is referring to, for the last two years i have suffered and come out the other side of severe depression, affecting my grades and my final years at school and my social life, so i guess the time she is talking about would be when i was about 12 [at this time i hadnt even learned that word, let alone use it even once.]

as she continued, she said about how she has grown up and gotten older, meaning no longer wanting to be near me. after i said this back to her to confirm what she meant, she agreed that she has matured now, and this means she doesnt want to be with, spend time with, or talk to me. this honestly hurt.

im going to understand that people, especially siblings, can grow to be different types of people with different personalities, but during alot of arguments i have been blamed due to being the older sibling; and ive grown up being told that "when im older she is the only person who will still be by my side" so i feel alot like a stranger to somebody i live with.

is there anything i should try and do now? have i been poking my nose into a business that isnt mine? should i just stop trying? im only being this dramatic about it because i do love her alot and i would choose to spend time with her over many other people.

thankyou for any advice, i hope this post is allowed.
