My sister is genuinely violent how do I tackle that?

I(18f) get into fights with my sister(16f) over random things. Usually it's not bad, but sometimes it is. Like recently I went shopping and got a few clothes for myself for college. We had to go out today, and she started throwing a tantrum how she doesn't have clothes. She asked to take mine, but I refused. For context, I dont like sharing them. I feel like the represent me, and my style I have developed over the years. And she HAS previously taken my clothes so it's a no for me now. Anyway, she got really mad and it turned into a heated argument. Suddenly, she grabbed my throat for two seconds in the middle of the argument. Wasn't the first time. And then the usual pulling my hair and me pulling her hair and stuff. I tried to calm her down and walk away so she can slow down, but that made her even more mad and it got to the point where she dig her fingernails into my arm and it bled. What scared me wasn't that it started bleeding, it was that my sister did try really hard, like her actual full force, to hit me and fig her nails to my skin. It was so bad I could hear her teeth grin. Idk what to do, and stuff like that has happened before. If I hit her back harder, it just makes her angrier and it gets worse. Plus, if I try to pull away anytime, she keeps persisting till I just eventually have to just give her what she wants.

How do you think I should react?
