I HAVE ENGLISH PROFICIENCY CERTIFICATE from my previous uni and now I'm confused whether I should take the IELTS exam or not and I don't have any other particular country in my mind right now to apply for....some one please tell me do I have chances in china and should I take IELTS or not ... I want to make my own money too so I can pay for my tests and admission but I don't have anything I can do to make money. Someone please give advice 😭😭😭😭
