China L visa rejected should we reapply? (Mumbai)

Me and my husband applied yesterday with all the documents possible and today we got mail saying unapproved. Has anyone reapplied with same docs and got approval?
I don’t see anything I can change or add in my application
Flight tickets, hotel booking, date wise itinerary, fee receipt, 6 months back statement (with sufficient balance signed and stamped) , 3 ITR acknowledgement, 6 months payslip, leave approval, employment letter, travel history on passport, marriage certificate
